H&CO has ranked as No. 3 in the Best Places to Work Award in the Large Company category by the South Florida Business Journal.
Every year, the Business Journal asks employees across South Florida why their companies should be named one of the "Best Places to Work." The employees are asked to fill out confidential online surveys rating their employers in a program developed by Quantum Workplace. Quantum then uses the data to arrive at the Top 45 companies based on the employees' feedback.
This is the second year that H&CO receives this award, but the first year in the Large Company category. For more information on the finalist and the award, click here.
